Role Summary 職位概要

Oversee end-to-end HK factory operations including production, quality, engineering, planning, and materials management. Lead the core production team of 20 while driving Industry 4.0 innovation and operational excellence.
全面監督香港工廠端到端運營，包括生產、品質控制、工程、生產計劃及物料管理。領導核心20人生產團隊，推動工業4.0創新及營運卓越。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Oversee comprehensive HK factory operations: production, quality control, production planning, and materials management.
全面監督香港工廠運營：生產、品質控制、生產計劃及物料管理。
Monitor overall production planning to meet sales forecasts and collaborate with forecasting team to maximize finished goods fulfillment rates.
監控整體生產計劃以達成銷售預測，並與預測團隊合作最大化成品交付率。
Source and implement Industry 4.0 machinery to enhance factory capabilities and automation.
尋源並實施工業4.0機械以提升工廠能力和自動化水平。
Manage warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time goods delivery.
管理倉庫及物流團隊確保準確、準時貨物交付。
Maintain ISO22000, HACCP, and NSF compliance through rigorous standards execution and safety protocols.
透過嚴格執行標準及安全規程維持ISO22000、HACCP及NSF合規。
Control costs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure P&L budget alignment.
控制成本、有效分配資源並確保損益表預算一致。
Handle local government compliance and external audits.
處理本地政府合規及外部審計。
Lead factory process re-engineering, equipment selection.
領導工廠流程再造、設備選擇。
Train and build a skilled production workforce.
培訓及建立熟練生產團隊。

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
食品科學、營養學、藥學、化學/工業工程學位（優先）。
Proven Factory/Production Manager experience in food/health supplement/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
在食品/健康補充品/製藥製造擁有工廠/生產經理經驗。
Expertise in food safety management standards like ISO 22000, HACCP, and NSF ... etc
精通食品安全的國際管理標準，如 ISO 22000、HACCP 和 NSF ...等
An advantage if possess experience leading production teams with Industry 4.0/automation implementation
具領導生產團隊並實施工業4.0/自動化經驗者優先
Strategic leader with hands-on execution, cost management, and regulatory compliance skills.
具策略領導力、實踐執行、成本管理及法規合規技能。
